1. 使用 WildFrog
WildFrog 提供香港山峰資料、打卡、行程記錄、登頂收藏、排行榜、證書及相關功能。
使用 WildFrog 即代表你同意本使用條款及私隱政策。
2. 帳戶責任
你需要保護自己的登入方式及裝置安全。你有責任確保提交的名稱、頭像、打卡、相片和行程資料不侵犯他人權利、不包含違法內容，亦不誤導其他用戶。
3. 山野安全
WildFrog 是記錄和參考工具，不是安全保證、官方導航或救援服務。山徑、天氣、路況、體能和通訊狀況會快速改變。
出發前請自行查核官方資訊、天氣警告、交通、路線難度、補給和個人能力。請帶足裝備，結伴同行，並遵守香港法例及郊野公園規則。
4. 地圖、路線和打卡
App 內距離、地圖、打卡點、GPS 位置和行程統計可能因裝置、訊號、地形、系統服務或資料來源而有誤差。
使用 Apple Maps 或其他外部導航服務時，導航由該服務提供及受其條款約束。
5. 用戶內容
你保留自己相片、名稱和其他內容的權利。你授權 WildFrog 在提供 app 功能所需範圍內顯示、儲存、同步及處理你提交的內容。
我們可在合理需要時移除違法、侵權、冒犯、欺詐或破壞服務的內容或帳戶。
6. 服務可用性
WildFrog 依賴 iOS、Firebase、Apple Maps、登入供應商和網絡連線等服務。我們會盡力維持 app 可用，
但不能保證服務永不中斷、資料永不遺失或第三方服務永遠可用。
7. 免責
在法律容許的最大範圍內，WildFrog 及其營運者不會因你使用 app、行山、導航、打卡、分享內容或依賴 app 資料而引致的損失、傷害、延誤或資料錯誤承擔責任。

1. Using WildFrog
WildFrog provides Hong Kong mountain information, check-ins, hike recording,
summit collection, leaderboards, certificates, and related features. By using
WildFrog, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and device secure. You are
responsible for ensuring that names, avatars, check-ins, photos, and route records
you submit do not infringe others' rights, contain illegal content, or mislead users.
3. Hiking Safety
WildFrog is a recording and reference tool. It is not a safety guarantee, official
navigation service, or rescue service. Trail, weather, route, fitness, and network
conditions can change quickly. Before hiking, check official information, weather
warnings, transport, route difficulty, supplies, and your own ability. Bring suitable
equipment, hike responsibly, and follow Hong Kong laws and country park rules.
4. Maps, Routes, and Check-Ins
Distances, maps, checkpoints, GPS position, and route statistics may be inaccurate due
to device, signal, terrain, system service, or data source limitations. When you use
Apple Maps or another external navigation service, navigation is provided by that service
and subject to its terms.
5. User Content
You keep your rights to your photos, name, and other content. You grant WildFrog permission
to display, store, sync, and process submitted content as needed to provide app features.
We may remove content or accounts that are illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or
harmful to the service.
6. Service Availability
WildFrog depends on iOS, Firebase, Apple Maps, sign-in providers, and network connectivity.
We aim to keep the app useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service,
permanent storage, or continuous availability of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WildFrog and its operator are not responsible for
losses, injuries, delays, data errors, or other issues arising from your use of the app,
hiking activity, navigation, check-ins, shared content, or reliance on app information.
